Role Overview
We are hiring a high-impact Growth Marketer to lead and execute user acquisition and engagement strategies across multiple channels.
You will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that drive real user growth, combining performance marketing, partnerships, influencer campaigns, and creative growth experiments.
You should be both strategic and hands-on—able to think big, execute fast, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy & Campaign Ownership
Own the end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, activation, and engagement
Conceptualize and execute high-impact growth campaigns (performance, influencer, partnerships, referrals, content-led, etc.)
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities using data, user insights, and market trends
Drive aggressive user growth while maintaining cost efficiency
2. Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Snap, TikTok, etc.)
Manage CAC, ROAS, and conversion funnels across channels
Continuously test creatives, audiences, and landing flows to improve performance
3. Non-Performance Growth Channels
Design and execute influencer marketing campaigns (end-to-end: sourcing, negotiation, tracking performance)
Build and manage partnerships, referral programs, and community-driven growth initiatives
Develop creative organic growth strategies beyond paid ads
Launch campaigns that drive virality, word-of-mouth, and brand engagement
4. Customer Lifecycle Ownership

Manage lifecycle strategy across:
- Onboarding (activation)
- Engagement (ongoing usage)
- Retention (habit formation)
- Reactivation (win-back campaigns)
Build and optimize automated journeys (push, email, SMS, in-app)
Segment users and deliver personalized messaging at scale
Continuously improve retention and reduce churn
5. Experimentation & Execution
Run rapid experiments across channels and campaigns
A/B test messaging, creatives, offers, and user journeys
Iterate quickly based on performance data
6. Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track and report on key metrics: CAC, activation rate, retention, LTV, campaign ROI
Use tools like GA4, Mixpanel, or similar to analyze user behavior
Translate data into actionable growth insights
7. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to improve conversion points
Align campaign execution with product launches and company goals
